Online blind auctions

How bidding works

Inspect each lot online, place a sealed bid at or above the minimum, and the highest bid when the timer ends wins. No on-site visits — your assigned agent handles payment and title after you win.

Step by step

The bidding process

Four steps from browsing to delivery. Your assigned agent handles payment and title coordination after you win.

  1. 01

    Browse & inspect

Search live auction lots by make, state, title status, and condition. Study photos, engine audio, undercarriage images and the inspection score.

  2. 02

    Place your blind bid

Enter a sealed bid at or above the minimum bid. No one sees your amount — bid the most you are willing to pay.

  3. 03

    Win when the timer ends

When the auction closes, the highest bid wins the lot. We notify you and your assigned agent right away.

  4. 04

    Pay & take delivery

Your agent sends payment and title instructions, and you arrange open or enclosed transport nationwide.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Getting started

What is a blind auction?

A sealed-bid auction: you place the amount you are willing to pay without seeing other buyers' bids. When the timer ends, the highest bid wins the lot.

Do I need an account?

Browsing is open to everyone, but you must register and sign in to place a bid. An account also lets you save lots and track your bids.

Can I inspect in person?

No. Lots are built for remote review via photos, inspection reports, and engine audio. Your assigned agent answers specific questions.

Bidding

How do I place a bid?

On any live lot, enter an amount at or above the minimum bid and submit. Your bid is sealed — no one else can see it.

Can I change my bid?

Yes. While the auction is live you can submit a higher amount; your most recent bid is the one that counts.

How do I know if I won?

When the timer ends, the highest bid wins. You and your assigned agent are notified, and you can see your bids under "My Bids".

Condition & inspection

What does the inspection score mean?

A percentage based on pass, note, and fail items in the condition report. It helps you compare lots and affects warranty tier assignment.

Are engine audio and undercarriage photos on every lot?

When provided by the inspection, they appear in the gallery. Not every vehicle includes both.

Title & shipping

How long does title transfer take?

Typically 2–4 weeks after payment clears, depending on state and lien release processing.

Are shipping estimates final?

No. Estimates are approximate. Your agent confirms carrier quotes after you win.
