Getting started

What is a blind auction?

How sealed-bid auctions work and why they are fair.

A blind auction (sealed-bid auction) lets every buyer submit a single private bid. No one — not other buyers, not agents — can see what you bid.

When the auction timer ends, the highest bid wins the lot. There are no bidding wars and no last-second sniping: you decide the most you are willing to pay and bid it once.

Why we use it

  • Fair — everyone bids on the same information.
  • Simple — no need to babysit the auction.
  • Private — your budget stays confidential.

Browse the live lots, review the inspection report, and place your bid before the timer runs out.
